Greenock joins the Destin8 PORTfolio!

We are pleased to announce that Clydeport Ltd| has joined the MCP plc customer base and as part of their core business development decided to adopt phase 2 of the Destin8 port community system for their unitised operations at the Port of Greenock.

At the time of this news release, feeder operator X-Press Container Line through their agents Cory Brothers Shipping Agency Ltd has registered the inaugural call of mv Herm (UVI 39716) on the 23 January 2009. This voyage also includes import, export and transhipment cargo carried on behalf of OOCL (UK) Ltd. The Port of Greenock is part of the existing Destin8 community at Glasgow and Coatbridge and companies already subscribing to Destin8 in those locations (QG* and QC* badges) can therefore use these for phase 2 at Greenock.
